Pita zeljanica

Potrebno:
1/2 kg špinata, 2 dl ulja, 25 dkg povlake, 25 dkg mladog sira, 4 jajeta, so, kukuruzno brašno, jufke (tvrđe, pravite ih od 1/2 kg brašna)

Piprema:
Špinat očistite, operite i stavite u vodu da baci ključ. U procijeđen špinat dodajte kajmak, mladi sir, jaja, 1 dl ulja, kukuruzno brašno i so.

Razvijte jufle s obzirom na veličinu tepsije. Tepsiju pomastite, stavite 2-3 jufke koje ćete pomasriti. Pecite oko 1/2 sat, potom isijecite pitu na komade, pospite s malo vrelog masla i mlake vode i zapecite još koji minut. Kukuruzno brašno možete posipati i po jufkama umjesto da ga staviti u nadjev.
